We are Harry and Lisa Miller of Mechanicville, MD. Harry began Kiarry Kennels in the early seventies. However both of them have been involved with dogs for most of our lives.

For Lisa, it began when she was 7 years old and she started showing a Great Dane . From that point forward she knew that there was nothing else that she wanted to do with the rest of her life. Anything that had to do with dogs was fine by her. Needless to say She has been hooked ever since. What started out as a love for dogs and showing a Great Dane and a GSP in Juniors has turned into a very successful career as an AKC Registered Handler.

Harry had all sorts of canine companionship while growing up, which evolved in to a vocation as a General Contractor Specializing in building Kennels. He was also a breeder of Grate Danes. Harry has now retired from building, however not one to sit around and do nothing, he started his new company Site Control in 1983.

Harry and Lisa, together have 4 wonderful and talented children. Aaron is a police detective in Maryland, Adam is a Staff Sergeant in the Army and is stationed Iraq. Hope is our Kennel Manager and John the baby is now all grown up and is working for his dad at Site Control.

Over the years Harry & Lisa have been involved with breeding several different breeds, Danes, Borzoi, IGs, GSPs and American Foxhounds, and they have produced some of the top dogs in the country in these breeds. Getting to the top has been a lifetime of hard work, study, learning, and blood, sweat and tears. But through it all this great team has worked for the betterment of the breeds they have been involved with. Between the two of them, they do it all, from soup to nuts !!
